Definitive conclusions cannot be made from two short term case studies, however these outcomes re-enforce the study results showing that aggressive, high intensity engagement exercise and multi-tasking seem to create increased acuity, even with clients that have had neurodegenerative disease for long period. The Cognivue device, for the first time has allowed us to baseline and assess progression or regression granularly, and should open the door for peer reviewed RCT’s and establishment of enhanced standard of care.
